A Field Guide to the Fine Art of Staying In
Somewhere down a winding lane, past the wildflowers and the garden gnomes, sits a cozy little cottage belonging to a very particular sort of creature: the homebody.
These creatures are known to nest enthusiastically, amass enormous collections of granny-square crochet blankets and other comfort items, befriend [and sing to] their houseplants, and consider a freshly cancelled plan one of life's greatest gifts. They enjoy warm beverages, soft socks, rainy afternoons, found trinkets and, of course, snacks.
They aren't hiding from the world. They're simply busy cultivating their own tiny kingdoms of immaculate coziness, thank you very much.
Does this sound like you? Then you oughtta gift yourself one of these comfies in a size that's like 2x too large and get your HOMEBODY on. Light a fall leaf scented candle, put the kettle on, and tell your responsibilities you'll get to them eventually. Maybe. Settle in, you little hygge hobgoblin. The outside world will still be out there tomorrow. Probably.
