after Superintendent Karen Barber announced Santa Rosa County Schools would be open and our students & staff would have to go back 5 days after the destruction of the storm, a school board meeting was held and Kelsei Frazier used the words ?Rawdogging life? to express how challenging it has been for her family during storm clean up & life after the storm.
