Our sweet girl joined us on July 26th! She was diagnosed with Tricuspid/Pulmonary Atresia at 20 weeks and without surgeries her heart can?t function properly. She had her first heart surgery on September 7th and recovered well. We spent about 11 weeks in the hospital and got to go home on October 13th! She had her second heart surgery on January 11th, 2024. This isn?t something that will ever be ?fixed? permanently but mended to the best of our surgeons abilities to give her a chance at a normal lifestyle. Fallon?s life will always include many doctor visits and medications to keep her heart in the best condition possible. Fallon is now 3 and continues to amaze us! She is sweet but sassy, smart and strong willed and such a silly girl. We weren?t expecting a heart surgery this soon but her third one will be September 23rd. The recovery time in hospital is unknown at this time but I anticipate to be out of work for at least 6 weeks while she heals. I know she will continue to be strong and our little fighter, but you purchasing these helps us with the travel costs, stays out of town for specialist visits and medical bills our insurance doesn?t cover!
