Callan?s journey with congenital heart disease has been a reminder of just how strong little hearts can be. After months in the hospital and open-heart surgery, Callan continues to fight with incredible strength. We created Callan?s Caddies shirts to rally our family and friends around him while spreading awareness for congenital heart disease. Proceeds from every shirt sold will benefit the Emerson Rose Heart Foundation, helping support other heart families at MUSC Shawn Jenkins navigating their own journeys. Thank you for standing alongside Callan and helping make a difference for little hearts everywhere!
