Change Begins With ME is a grassroots, volunteer-powered campaign uniting people across San Diego and beyond to defend democracy, protect human rights, and build a more just, inclusive future. We organize rallies, voter outreach, and rapid-response actions to confront authoritarianism, systemic injustice, and corporate overreach.

Our gear isn?t just apparel - it?s a declaration. It says you believe in people power. That you show up. That silence isn?t an option.

Proceeds from every item support our work in the streets and getting out the vote. When you wear Change Begins With ME, you amplify our message: real change starts with you.

Join us. Wear it loud. We are indivisible.
