Big Bear Ranch Rescue is the first 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal rescue organization in Clay County. We exist to address the stray and homeless animal population in Western North Carolina.
?
We're different.
?
At Big Bear Ranch Rescue, we believe that the best way to support animals is to support our community.
We offer vet care and foster homes to abandoned animals, but we don't track success by the amount of animals that we move through our foster system. Instead, we track the number of animals that we help avoid the system all together. By providing low cost services and support to pet owners, we help animals stay in their homes with the people that already love them.
?
We see a future where less animals need rescue...
But we can't do it alone.
?
Your support helps us save animals today and and create a future where there are fewer homeless animals in the first place.
